Call for Social Media Intern

Are you interested in working for a literary journal or going into publishing? Are you proficient at Twitter, Facebook, and WordPress? Are you looking for an internship to look good on your CV?

From Glasgow to Saturn is now looking for a social media intern to work with us on our 40th issue.

We are looking for someone to help manage our Twitter, Facebook, and WordPress sites. We estimate this will require 1-2 hours a week. In return, you get to meet our editorial board, have a copy of Issue 40 for free, and gain a great experience to boost your CV.

We are willing to expand your role if you are particularly enthusiastic. We are always on the lookout for reliable, competent students to help out on many different aspects of our journal, from calling for submissions, to editing, to designing layouts, to printing, to organizing launch parties, and more.

To apply, please send a 500-word paragraph to fromglasgowtosaturn@glasgow.ac.uk by October 25th. Please tell us why you’re interested in the internship, whether or not you have experience in social media, what you hope to gain from this internship, and any other time commitments you might have.

We look forward to hearing from you!
